YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

- • You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on predictions

8. Payment Terms
8.1 Subscription Fees

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Services at your own discretion and risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUGURY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to Augury in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Services, other users, or us.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
